Admissions & Registration Policy

At Tiny Town Nursery, Coventry, we are registered to accommodate 44 children.

At Tiny Town Nursery, Warwick, we are registered to accommodate 58 children.

We accept children from 6 weeks up to 5 years and are registered for children up to 8 years old if necessary.
It is our intention to make our nursery accessible to all children and families from all sectors of the community. We can and will accommodate all, taking into consideration equal opportunities and their diverse, individual needs.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. In the event that the required sessions are not available, then the family will be placed on our waiting list and contacted when and if the space becomes available. We have no minimal amount of sessions that each child has to do and we do offer 12.5 hours Nursery Education Funding to all pre-school children, commencing the term after their third birthday.

We advise that all prospective families attend a viewing of the nursery. This is an opportunity to ask any questions that they may have and see how the nursery works on a daily basis.

Before the child attends the nursery, the registration documents must be completed and returned to nursery, signed, along with the nursery registration fee, to secure the space. By doing so, the space is then secure for the child and the family accepts the terms and conditions, as stated via the policies and procedures, which are part of the registration pack.

Free settling in sessions are available for children to access up to one month before officially starting their place. Settling sessions are arranged by the key person who will tailor the sessions to meet the family’s individual needs. During the visits the parent will have the opportunity to meet with the key person to ensure the child’s routine and any additional information such as medical needs are properly documented.
