Yes, and details can be found on our extra-curricular activities page on our menu. An extra-curricular activity is a class which is conducted by an outside company. These sessions are included in our daily rates or where funding is applied, these incur an additional charge if you wish for your child to participate.
Yes, permission is given for this when you complete your registration form but we will also let you know closer to the time in case we need any specific clothing!
We use Parenta which provides you with a daily update, assessment, reports, invoices, information specific to the child, sessions booked and much more!
Our front door is pin code access for staff only. We have CCTV which covers our playground and car park and a state-of-the-art alarm system.
Yes, we can cater for all dietary requirements as detailed by parents and that have been confirmed by a GP. All food is freshly cooked on site by our nursery cook.
Children will be given the opportunity to rest at times specified by their parents, including any necessary sleep restrictions. Rest periods will take place either in our dedicated sleep room for children under two or, for older children, in a converted space during lunchtime.

Our nursery has Special Education Needs Coordinators who can assist with any aspect that you feel your child may need some extra assistance with and can offer avenues for further guidance/advice.
The way in which we access the funding is set per term when the contracts are completed. This can only be changed from the next term.

To secure a place for your child, we will need to complete our registration form and transfer a non-refundable fee of £100 to secure a nursery place.
Three weeks before your child’s start date, we will contact you to arrange a one-hour session for the following week, during which one adult will stay with the child. The week before they are due to start, we will schedule a two-hour session where the child attends independently.
These sessions have proven to be highly effective in helping children of all ages settle in smoothly. However, we are happy to adjust the approach to suit individual needs if required.
Yes, please inform us of this via email only, giving one month’s notice.
Yes, please let us know via email, the Parenta app or via our WhatsApp messaging service. We will provide you with a new password each time and ask to see a form of ID.

Breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch with a pudding, high tea and milk and a biscuit. These meals are charged when the funded hours are in place.
All rooms have base staff, and each child is assigned a key person. However, the whole staff team know all children across the nursery and use communication books to keep the most up to date information on each child.
Staff hold various qualifications/training, and each have a DBS certificate on the Update Service, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children/Designated Safeguarding Lead and Food Safety Level 2
You can call, email or speak to a member of management to check availability and book these. Please note that any extras booked can only be cancelled if 72 hours’ notice is given.
We require fees to be paid by the 5th of each month for the month in advance. Any extra sessions or new starters must pay within 5 days of receiving the invoice. We accept bacs, tax free childcare and the government national savings scheme.
The statutory EYFS and Development Matters. We also have our own nursery curriculum we have developed.
There are different procedures and restrictions in place for different illnesses, please refer to our policy or speak with a member of staff if you need further assistance.
Yes, full fees still apply. However, we do not charge you for the bank holidays or in between Christmas and New Year when we are closed!
Please email, contact us via the Parenta app or text us via our WhatsApp messaging service. We will require at least 48 hour’s notice to cancel any holiday to ensure that staffing and ratios are correct and compliant.
