Our Rooms

Baby and Toddler Room 0-2 years

Our Baby & Toddler Room provides a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored to the needs of children aged 0-2 years. We focus on building secure attachments, ensuring your little one feels safe, loved, and ready to explore the world around them.

We support every stage of your child’s early development, including:

  • Feeding & Weaning: Whether breastfed, bottle-fed, or starting solids, we follow individual routines and offer guidance through the weaning process.

  • Open Cup & Cutlery Use: As children approach 2 years old, we gently encourage the transition to open cups and the use of cutlery during mealtimes, fostering independence.

  • Sensory Exploration: From textures and sounds to messy play, we provide rich sensory experiences to stimulate curiosity and development.

  • Forming Relationships: We help children build trusting relationships with staff and begin interacting with their peers, supporting those first important social connections.

  • Twirling Toddlers: Children in this room also get to enjoy Twirling Toddlers, a fun and engaging movement-based activity that helps develop coordination, balance, and a love for music and dance.

Every child is nurtured at their own pace, with experienced practitioners offering gentle encouragement and support at every step of their journey.

Tweenie Room 2-3 years

Our Tweenie Room is designed to support the growing independence and confidence of children aged 2-3 years. At this stage, children are becoming more curious, social, and eager to explore the world around them. Our experienced practitioners provide a nurturing and engaging environment that encourages learning through play.

We focus on key areas of development, including:

  • Toilet Training: We work closely with families to support toilet training, following each child’s individual readiness and routine.

  • Increased Independence: From putting on their own shoes to tidying up, we encourage children to take small but important steps towards greater independence.

  • Phasing Out Sleeps: As children approach 3 years old, we help transition away from daytime naps, ensuring a smooth adjustment to longer awake periods.

  • Building Relationships: We place a firm focus on social development, encouraging children to form friendships and interact with confidence.

  • Self-Feeding Skills: Children refine their ability to use a spoon and fork independently, promoting good mealtime habits.

  • Twirling Toddlers: Our Twirling Toddlers sessions provide a fun way for children to develop coordination, balance, and rhythm through music and movement.

This exciting stage is all about growing independence, social confidence, and new experiences, all within a safe and supportive environment where children thrive!

Pre-School Room 3-4 years

Our Pre-School Room is a stimulating and supportive environment designed to help children aged 3-4 years develop the skills they need for a smooth transition to school. With a strong focus on independence, confidence, and early learning, we provide engaging activities that encourage children to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Key areas of development include:

  • Physical Development: Regular PE sessions and Twirling Toddlers help children build strength, coordination, and balance, preparing them for an active school day.

  • Early Literacy & Language: Through Phonic Stars lessons, children develop confidence in letters and sounds, laying the foundation for early reading. Bilinguasing lessons introduce new languages through interactive songs and play.

  • Fine Motor Skills: We support children in mastering pencil control, scissor skills, and mark-making, helping to prepare them for writing.

  • Numeracy & Early Learning: We nurture confidence in numbers, shapes, and problem-solving, developing a solid mathematical foundation.

  • Self-Care & Independence: Children learn to self-serve meals and use a knife and fork confidently, as well as manage dressing, toileting, and handwashing independently.

  • Expanding Relationships & Social Skills: We encourage children to build friendships, express emotions, and work collaboratively, helping them develop important social skills.

  • Supporting Transitions & School Readiness: We prepare children for the transition to school by promoting listening skills, structured routines, turn-taking, and independence, ensuring they are confident and ready for their next adventure.

Our Pre-School Room provides the perfect environment for children to develop a love for learning, gain independence, and build the skills they need for a successful start to school!
